nothing wrong with Calella and the HTOP OLYMPIC is ok it is cheap but it is passable Llloret has better nightlife than Calella so you would be better travelling to lloret it does not cost much on a taxi if you are staying all inclusive you can have your meals at any HTOP HOTEL wherever you are so you wont miss out also you can avail yourself of drinks and all the facilties at any HTOP you visit take no notice of the reviews its not as bad as made out
I am too am planning to go to Calella on 23 April for a few days staying at the same hotel as you and also am concerned about the reviews and of course if I will need a bikini or not !!
I noticed you have only one reply, however if you have found anything else out I would be grateful if you could let me know.
hi, im in the same boat! going a few days after you come back , same hotel. I have read some terrible reviews , especialy about the noise. Can u let me know how you get on , hope its not that bad !! cheers , ray
Travel Tips for Calella de Palfrugell
Calella - A Must see.
Calella is a very nice coastal town on the Med.
IT's one of the best locations that I've been to in Spain, and well worth visiting.
It's just North of Barcelona.
It's a small, touristified, Mediterranean town. Touristified, yet rustic.
Very nice beaches, and some amazing coastal views.
