La Coma: Mountain Lodging

We stayed in January at La Coma for skiing at Vallter 2000. Even though the skiing was poor at that time (very icy), I would return again simply because Setcases is such a charming ancient mountain village. The accomodations are pleasant at La Coma. The food is very authentic Catalan fare and well prepared. The village is primitive and interesting. We would share a bottle of wine at a centuries old hotel in the village after dinner.

It is widely publicised that Setcases is also a wonderful summer vacation spot. There are numerous trails for hiking through the Pyrenees.
