How much would a taxi cost me from El Parat Airport to Lloret De Mar. And how long would it take. I am going to meet my friends on Saturday and booked to fly to the wrong airport. I don't want to get on public transport nervous enough as it is.
I'm sorry to tell, but you should prepare a big bunch of bucks... just going to Barcelona city centre does cost about 35 euros, and it's about 20 km / half an hour ride. Lloret de Mar is about 100 km away... so calculate. More than an hour as you must cross Barcelona. And you should pay an additional "return fare" to the taxi driver as you will go out of the metropolitan area. Is not possible to change your flight? Maybe changing costs (or even a new plane ticket) will be less than a cab!
Public transport is not so difficult. You can take the Aerobus to pl. Catalunya (last stop), from there the red metro line to Estacio del Nord, and there the Sarfa Bus (http://www.sarfa.com) to Lloret. Or maybe you can take a taxi beetween pl. Catalunya and Estacio del Nord (it will cost you about 6 euros) or from the airport to Estacio del Nord. Take it as a positive experience. Whay don't profit to see a bit of Barcelona?
