Hotels Girona
I'm looking for a 4 / 5 star hotel. Now i've heard that ratings are not the same as in holland. I'm looking for best hotels, with rooms above 100 euro's.

Hi... as Spaniard and having travelled to several European countries (including Holland)..... I can tell you that standards are ususlly better for Spanish hotels regarding the same category (stars) in other countries. But you can notice the difference better in 2-3 stars category, 4-5 are excellent anywhere!

Seeing those rates (82 euro's is the most expensive room) and breakfast 7 euro's....... is that cheap or isn't it that much of a hotel?
I'm used to hotels where it's like 200 euro's per room/night.
Looking those pictures it doesn't seem very luxurious also?
Is that really the best there is in Girona?

Paying more not always give you the best quality... but it helps improving our economy, so thank you and keep this way :-)))
Well, Girona is a provincial small city and there is not any 5-star, but a few 4-star bussiness oriented hotels as Peninsular. People that stay in Girona city by leisure, usually are interested in the wonderful medieval city, the jewish quarter, the surroundings... so they probably don't care much about hotels where they will only sleep.
Anyway, you will find top resorts in the coast (try google for Alva Park, even I've never been there).

I've found one, wich looks fine to me, it's actually at Sant Feliu, the hippocrates curhotel. I'll be there because my brother works there, so I'm enjoying Girona for a few days, bye

If it is luxury what you are after, Sant Feliu will probably disappoint you. If it is not too late, I'd suggest you try the Parador in Begur or the Relais in Figueras. Much classier.

Relais at Figueras did look beautiful, the point is, I'm visiting my brother, and he's at Platja d'aro! (it's approx 40 km) If it weren't for this visit I certainly would go to Relais.
