I will be there, next week? How is the weather these days? and what is the best way for going to Barcelona? and I can't get ticket for Barcelona and get for Madrid. what is the best way for going from Madrid Airport to Lloret de Mar?

I think you have you airports mixed up
you want to fly to gerona and then get a bus or taxi to lloret
at the moment the weather is very cold and most of lloret is closed until the new season begins good luck I think you may need it
I agree with butchill, are you going to Lloret for a particular reason? It's cold and the area is very windy so you feel even cooler. Lloret is mainly a summer party-town, so now you'll find most of the shops and bars closed. However, it can be a good base for exploring other nice towns and natural areas nearby.
Madrid to Lloret: Better if you can get a flight from Madrid (MAD) to Girona (GRO) than to Barcelona (BCN). Later, you should take a bus to Lloret (if you arrive to Barcelona, you have to go first to Barcelona city centre by train and later take a bus). In any case, you'll spend most of your first and last day crossing half of Spain :(

Getting to Barcelona from Lloret quite easy, even there is no direct railway link to Lloret but the town is not far from the two main lines that connect Barcelona to France.
The nearest railway station on the coastal line is Blanes and trains run to Barcelona every 30 minutes. Take a local Pujol bus from Lloret to Blanes station (about 20 min), www.transportspujol.com. As far I remember, the bus timetable matchs the arrival/departures of the trains.
By the way, yesterday I saw an ad regarding a new route of Spanair from Madrid to Girona. If you have still not sorted out your trip, it can be worth to check it.
