Currency echange rate
Hi can any one let me know the rough exchange rate from steling to euro's at the moment, try to decide whether to change money before I go or whilst i'm there.

I would change it here. ( marks & Spencer usually have a very good rate ).I made the mistake of leaving it on one visit to Spain earlier this year & regretted it. To be fair there isn't much difference but you will get a slightly better rate in the UK. You will enjoy Malgrat i'm sure & Barcelona is only a short train journey away. The railway line runs between the town & the beach in Malgrat.

Santa Susanna, a city next to Malgrath
"Sta.Susanna"
when u walk the boulevard u will end up in the new part called Sta Susanna, very modern build city. I prefer Malgrat because of the old architecture in the center.
Like Malgrat this place has a small station, where the trains are leaving each half hour to Barcelona or other cities.
Joze and me had long walks at the beach and the boulevard up to Sta Susanna and ofccourse we had to take some rests to have some drinks, also at Pizzeria Tropical.
Prices of drinks are comparable with those in the Netherlands.
Nice looking small trams are going around Malgrat to Sta Susanna every 15 min.
This costs only 1euro and u don't get tired when the sun is shining.
When u wanna call abroad the best cards and the cheapest as well can be bought at Tabacco shops,
ask for the ones with the chips.
The bluecoloured telephone cells are the cheapest!
