This street is more than a kilometre long and coincides in length with the Levante Beach.
A characteristic of The Paseo Jaime I is its palm trees which line the promenade from one end to the other and also the wide variety of flowers and plants. On the mosaic, which decorates the ground, we can find a series of heraldic shields of some of the noblemen who accompanied King James I to Majorca. The area between the promenade and the beach provides all the necessary facilities and services, as well as flower gardens and fountains - ideal for taking a leisurely stroll.
