perfect location
I did not stay in that hotel as I lived in a private flat next to the Hotel. But I was always impressed by the buildung, the design of the balconies.
The blue balcony is NOT a hotel balcony. The Hotel-building is quite in the back of this photo (balconies with a STONE front)

San Sebastian Playa Hotel
Travelling to Sitges in February for Carnival. Is the San Sebastian a nice hotel (convenience, quiet, clean, access, etc.)?
or is there a better hotel. I like the beach and walking around the town center. Also clubbing and good restaurants close by to hotel would be great.

My favorite hotel in Sitges is Hotel Estela (www.hotelestela.com) click on "arte" it will show you the "art rooms" which were decorated by individual artists from Barcelona - they are amazing!!!
