nudist beach

by Alex_71

i'll stay some days in Alicante with gf and we'd like to go to a nudist beach in the area of Alicante. We not have car. Can you suggest a place where we can go? I don't know if it's like in Barcelona where, just walking, you arrive on the nudist area.
Thank you

There aren't any near the city center. You can go to Cabo de las Huertas where there are some small coves. Buses 21 and 22 stop nearby.

Here you are a catalogue of nudist beaches along the province:

Hi there, i have a house very near to hear literally 5 mins away. There is a beautiful beach very near, La Zenia - all the beaches are linked so you can walk from one to the other. Plenty of bars and restaurants to eat. If you head up to villamartin golf club just past this there is a big plaza numerous bars and restaurant heres. Also 10mins drive away is Torrvieja beach isn't that nice, very built up but a beautiful park there for the kids. In Torrvieja there is a big shopping centre the Habernas, just facing this there is KFC etc and bars and restaurants at night they have trampolines, bouncy castles etc for the kids.

If you have a car San Javier is lovely to drive to, Guardamer Beach is beautiful and also their is a water spa somewhere in the mountains which is meant to be gorgeous kids are made very welcome.

Benidorm is 1hr 10mins away and you have the usual atraction here if you need anything give me an email I will try my best to help you. It is nice where you are going

Located 67 km north of Alicante, the coastal town of CALPE, with its 13,000 inhabitants, is known for its beautiful beaches and its massive rock formation called the Penon de Ifach.
Located in the Costa Blanco region of Spain, Calpe can be reached by the A-7 highway or the N-332 national road, the one we took.
Calpe has two main beaches, the Cantal Roig and the Playa Arenal and two smaller beaches , La Fossa and the Bay of Gasparet.
Many Iberian, Roman and Arab archeological sites exist in the town, due to its coastal location.
Calpe is one of the many little towns Hans and I explored along the peninsula. Other towns include Javea, Altea, Moraira/Teulada, Benissa and Denia.

by LoriPori about LA LLOTJA

As it was nearing time to eat, we started looking for a restaurant. Our last town during our trip along the peninsula was Denia. We found a lovely restaurant LA LLOTJA, which featured a Menu for 8 Euros.
It was almost 4 o'clock and nearing closing time, but the Senora said we could come in. For appetizer Hans had the mixed meat plate - a nice selection of thinly sliced meats and I had the Salad which was awesome, with olives, tuna, lettuce and tomatoes. We shared the two dishes. For the entree, I had escalope, which was absolutely delicious and Hans had a plate of fish and squid, which he enjoyed.. The price also included Pan ( Bread with a delicious garlic butter ) and Bebida ( drink ). The manager Kiko was delightful and very entertaining. All in all a very pleasant dining experience.

Isla de Tabarca

by Christina1881

Tabarca is a little island outside of Santa Pola, Alicante, which obviously is a tourist-island more than anything, but even with the island full of turists (like me and the friends with whom I went) the island is magical and still seems "untouched" in some unexplainable way.

To get to Tabarca it is possible to sail from Alicante or from Santa Pola. We sailed from Santa Pola which is a trip of about 25 minutes, and about 12 Euro (return trip). There are boats each hour - only be aware that the last one leaves Tabarca around 18-30-19h in the afternoon.

Tabarca is famous for its corrals and it is a perfect spot for diving, and also have a beautiful sandy beach for swimming!

In Alicante you will find a lot of nice beaches in the city, and also in all the province.I'll tell you a few of the best:

In the downtown you can find a medium size and very nice beach just next to the harbour:
EL POSTIGUET. Other beaches just outside the city are:
PLAYA DE SAN JUAN (the largest and most known)
And of course in the `province:
JAVEA. and a few more!!
