Benidorm Harbour Daytime
by RoyJava
Benidorm is open to the South; this old fishermen town was located around the 18th century San Jaime Church. Easy to loose your way now in the many many narrow streets and small passages.
See the breakwater pier which still has no name and where you can go for many nice boat trips. This little old harbour is also berth to some pleasure yaughts and, try the local cuisines alongside for a typical taste of Spain included traditional paella, some tapas and local seafood.
Benidorm - Tourist Mecca
by cwest03
My girlfriend and I happened on Benidorm on our trip down the Costa Blanca in Spain. Little did we know that it was such a hot spot for tourism. Had I known that before going there I probably would have skiped it. Tourist spot or not we spent a great coupple of days in a wonderful hotel, enjoying the sights, the people and the beaches. This place is probably a bit much to take in the high tourist season but just before the real crowds show up it's not that bad.
