1 mile from poniente beach cabana hotel , was recently renovated, stands in a residencial area, and is very close to the centre of Benidorm. in a town where buildings stand as high as 20 30 or 40 floors, having just 11, makes this hotel kinda small. so in the end a very cosy hotel, and pushing for, what a 3 star hotel has to offer. entertainment programme and facilities makes it ideal for family holidays.

rooms with bath and central heating, air-conditioning and phone and TV. balconies where you can have wonderfull views over Benidorm. and a swimming pool with children section. very friendly staff.

Hi all i am going to benidorm july 27th 08 and taking my 4 and a half month old son i'm staying at the cabana hotel and am worried about it being to hot at night for him so was just wondering if anyone could tell me what the air conditioning is like there

there is individually controlled air-conditioning. You will be able to regulate the room temperature to suit.
However, do make sure your son take enough extra liquid during the daytime. Boiled water drinks are very important for him, as well as his usual feeds.

thank you for your reply do you know how much water he should be drinking extra a day while over there in that heat or shall i just offer him it say like every half hour to an hour i'm so worried about taking him in this heat i didn't expect to get pregnant so quick and the hols was already booked. any info would be great many thanks

Offer it regularly when he's awake, keep him to his ormal routine as far as you possibly can, make sure you keep him in the shade, don't overdress him, be prepared to limit your own activities so he's safe and comfortable, be extra-careful with sterilisation because heat helps bugs multiply........
......talk with your health centre just before you go about what precautions you should take.............
........and don't worry! Babies survive all over the world; yours is no different. Just be aware, and thoughtful, and careful and he'll be fine!
