Take a spare bag or take a case that you would not mind throwing away and buying a bigger one. As things are so cheap you might not be able to stop buying especially duty free and kids clothes. If going in winter i.e Dec to Mar take warm clothes as well as summer particularly jumpers and troussers as spain can be pretty cold without them. You may even wish to purchase some of your clothes when you get there as it is very cheap. Also old t-shirts kids can wear in the pool and sun hats and glasses. Remember sun tan lotion and aftersun because it can be very hot as well as cold.
