been to this hotel several times food good choice nice hotel, central for pubs clubs etc close to wed and sun market entertainment on at hotel for kids and adults and great big pool one small pool and a large oasis pool with swim up bar ocas indoor market next to it as well great for exchanging money look out for sheilas good exchange rates and no hassles
rooms very good and hotel staff nice .......bar staff a wee bit slow but apart from that great choice of hotel
Benidorm has two main beaches:
Playa de levante and Playa de Poniente (the first one is always busy, the other not as much).
As I ma used to have sometimes empty beaches for me all along the year I really felt I little strange being surround for so many people.. jejeje
Benidorm is a popular tourist resort in Costa Blanca (40km north east from Alicante). High-rise buildings, good beaches and night life are the typical for Benidorm. This place was a silent fishing village until 60' when it started to become a city with mass tourism. Party animals vill have a great holiday here. "Little New York" as the locals call it, has very impressive skyline for a city of 60,000 habitants. But during the peak season the population will rise to 350,000 with 145 hotels and a lot of apartments. Actually, in 2002 there will be more hotel beds that in the Capital, Madrid. Only London and Paris have more in Europe, it's really a booming tourist capital!
