bungalow mar y montana

Has any body heard of or stayed at the Mar Y Montana bungalow in the ricon area
i think its behind the medaterannio hotel, i have booked for next year hope to hear from some body.

Hi:

I have lived there 6 summers

Mar y Montaña is the closest semidetached bungalows to the sea, It is placed in Levante beach, At the Rincon of Loix Area, is a quite quiet place in town. They are about 750/800 meters away from the beach.

This are 3 bedroom bungalows, with 2 full bathrooms, a big salon and full kitchen open to salon area. Each unit has a small private pool (not open in winter)

Each bungalow has private parking place for one car

You can check about this property in www.fincasarena.es there you will find a Benidorm plan there they have all properties marked and you can check mar y Montaña description and some pictures.

I stayed in the bungalow mar y montana in june 08 the bungalow was No 19 a bit basic but very big the pool area was very good with a table and chairs for 8 people, but NO SUN BEDS also the sun never got on the pool area until 11-20 and then you had to move to the other side at 1-30 to get any sun due to the two very large palm trees that need cutting down there are also 2 bungalows on the site that might be a bit better Nos 5&12 but the main downfall was thwere was NO AIR CON WHICH IS A MUST AS AT NIGHT IT WAS LIKE A OVEN WE HAD TO GO OUT AND BUY A FAN

The Shopping Center La Marina is located just outside Benidorm, actually it is Located in Finestrat. It contains all kinds of shops, like ZARA, Springfield, Mango, Bershka etc. On the rooftop you find a variety of restaurants a childrens playground and 9 cinemas. Also in the same area are Carrefour, Mercadona, Makro, LIDL and Plus. Another shopping center is under construction. From Benidorm you can go with bus 12 every 30 minutes or with the ferrocarril every 60 minutes. Your stop is Hyper Finestrat.

Another very good idea in your visit to Benidorm,can be go to Gran Hotel Bali,tallest hotel in Europe and go up to the terrace or viewpoint,you can see the best views of Benidorm.You can use the outside lifts to go up.It cost 6 Euros per person.
