Benidorm island
My friends and I are spending Christmas in Benidorm,could anyone tell me if all the bars and clubs are open ie Cafe Benidorm , Westerner bar , Shamrock pub , Talk Of The Town
Most of Benidorm stays open all year round, although obviously some British bars close to go back to Englqand for family time. I haven't been to the ones you mention for a few years (except the Western Saloon where i'll be Friday night!), but the Shamrock and Cafe Benidorm were still there in July when i was last. I Don't go to may English bars in Benidorm but there will be pleanty open in that area of the square.

Benidorm,it is located in the coastiline,but also the mountains are very close.You can find very nice little villages and beautiful landscapes exploring all mountains around Benidorm.

A nice excursion for the from Alicante Costa Blanca that allows to visualize the scenery of Calpe's unusual perspective and Teulada's natural areas - normally only accessible by foot or from the Lemon Express-. The tour includes guides in several languages, a conexión in bus hotel - station of train - hotel (free), the visit to a factory of guitars and free time to visit the shops of crafts of wicker a tht local town of Gata de Gorgos, in the province of Alicante.
This is an absolutely delicious train ride for people of all ages. The costs of the tickets are
Adults 22 € - Children 18 €
The train runs from Tuesdays to Saturdays from 9.40 to 13.50h.
During 2006 the route was slosed due to some work taking place, please check before planning your ride.
