Sh Ifach: A good and new hotel in Calpe

It is a new and very modern four star hotel,located in the center of the city and not far from Beaches,Harbor and Ifach Rock.

Road to the villa

Unique Quality: What more can i say,i challenge you find a cheaper property .... £14 a night with private pool ;)
Of course that is in Feb time.In July the price doubles,but if you are in a group,it is still very cheap and great fun too.I loved going to the local supermarkets and buying and trying the local foods and wines ;)

Lets go swimming

Just look at what you can have for £14 a day.Oh that pool looks so refreshing and it was.Even in Febuary,the weather on some days was in the low 70's.I cannot wait to go and visit my property in Denia now that is about half bulit.Even at Christmas time,you can sun bathe as the weather can be in the top 60's.

Luxury villa at Calpe

Unique Quality: Also, staying in a villa,you can share the cost of the rental.We hired this lovely villa with private pool and gardens for £300 for the villa.Split into four,thats only £100 a week.Where else would you get accomadation for £14 a night.£14 a night and you have private pool and gardens.
And another plus is you can fill the fridge up with booze and drink and food and not have to pay each time you want to drink or a snack,like at a hotel.
All in all,renting a villa if you are in a small group will save you £££££

Pools everywhere

Unique Quality: The real quality of renting a villa is to be able just to relax and have peace and quiet.You can eat when you want and drink when you want .Our vila was set up in the hills about 3 miles from Calpe main town.Calpe is wonderful,with plenty of great shops,bars,supermarkets and restuarants to goto.
The beach at Calpe is beautiful and Calpe rock is a must see too.The choice of properties around this area is vast and there are a few hotels,but mostly villas here.Thats why i like the area,not built up too much and not over developed and spoilt.

Calpe holiday villa

North costa blanca is called The Orange Blossom coast.This is because there are fields of orange groves everywhere.These oranges were being grown in my villa garden.Calpe has a micro-climate and is lovely and warm all year round.

Unique Quality: The nice things about renting a villa is that you get privacy,your own garden and pool and can get up and get home when you want.It is fantastic having your own swimming pool and i always take inflatables with me.

Paradise: Rental Villa at Calpe

I went to Calpe in Febuary and rented a villa.North costa blanca is 90% white wahed villas set in the hills.We hired this villa privately and it had two bedrooms,one bathroom,nice kitchen diner and a huge garden with a pool overlooking mountains.

Unique Quality: The garden here was wonderful,full of orange trees and palms and the views were breath taking.
