I LOVED CALPE ROCK
Calpe has very clean seas.Calpe is on the orange blossom coast and has a very mild climate even in winter.Its lowest temp is around 15c.Car hire is cheap,£100 for 8-9 days and essential.Driving along the coast road from Altea to Oliva is very worth while as the scenery is great and you will find lots of lovely little coves.
We walked along the path and it was full of palms and wild flowers and we could see into peoples luxury villas gardens and the sea below was again a beautiful deep blue.There were several little coves with steps down.One cove had a few people sitting in it and a huge giant banana plant.The steps were very steep and i decided not to go down as i felt abit funny as i had the flu.There were several little coves like this along the way and plces to stop off and admire the views.The views to Calpe were very impressive.I imagine this walk goes on for miles and we only covered a small part of it.
