Rentals: Quiet Quesada

The urbanisation of Ciudad Quesada is a peaceful haven away from the busier coastal resorts that dot the Costa Blanca coastline. Situated seven miles inland from the popular resort of Torrevieja it is nevertheless still only a ten minute drive from the nearest beach.
One of the better designed towns of its type with fifty or so shops, a few bars and restaurants and a supermarket, Quesada has a plethora of properties available for holiday rental. The building boom of the 1990`s and more recently means that there is a lot of competition to attract the tourist euro.
Take your pick from a one bedroom apartment to a five bedroom villa complete with its own private pool. We always look for a place in the hills to make the most of the views and take advantage of a cooling breeze.
The flexibility that rental accomodation offers and the space you can get compared to a hotel room, not to mention the value makes this type of break increasingly popular.

Nice little guest house in Platja de Tavernes de la Valldigna.
About 3 floors building with restaurant on the first floor. Our room was spatious, as well as the bathroom.
Each room had a balcony with a little of the sea view.
Close to the beach, and to the main street with all the restaurants.

Stunnin Villa

I have just returned from our family holiday and what a great time we all had. For the first times, we decided to rent a villa, which turned out to be brilliant. Renting a Villas gives you so much more freedom and makes for a much more relaxing vacation. We had a great family holiday with no mither from splashing children or load music by the pool. We all thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be doing the same again next year.

Hostal Residencia Chistina: Clean and cheap

A clean and cheap hostal.All rooms have a shower ,TV and heating.There is a cafe open to the public.It is in the heart of Denia.But in a quiet area.It is near the nice area of the harbour and beach.Double rooms are as follows.Per room-

Low season- 30.00 E
Mid Season-36.00E
High Season-42.00E

Breakfasts cost 2.45 per person.
Prices include v.a.t.

Good for people on a budget.Good location.Clean.

This beautiful hotel is right on the beach.Denia is 4km away.Golf club is only 5km's away.This smart hotel has a bar,cafe,restaurant right on the beach with a daily menu.A good wine cellar.Buffet style breakfast.A summer beach bar.Tv room.Conference room.Garden and terraces next to the sea.Tennis court and childrens playground and a private carpark.Newspapers.Laundry service,bus service.Bedrooms have sat tv,telephone,bathroom,safe,terrace,balcony,air-con and heating.This hotel is very smart and comfy and relaxing and a great place to unwind.

Right on sea.Spotlessly clean.Rooms are very nice indeed.

Hotel Rosa.: Pure Luxury

Hotel Rosa is a small and very comfy hotel.It is 20 metres from the beach and only 1km from Denia town centre.It has a pool area and an area for kiddies.You can play tennis and table tennis free.Also there is a bar, restaurant,terrace,garden with swings for children.Secure parking.The hotel has 40 bedrooms.Each one is decorated really nice with a balcony.Each room has a full bathroom with hairdryer.Telephone in each room.21inch tv.Safe, iron+ironing board and air-con.

The hotel also offers bungalows/studios which have one bedroom,dining-livingroom with a sofa bed for children.Fully equipped kitchen, complete bathroom with hairdryer etc and a furnished terrace.They also have tv and phone.This hotel looks really nice as i used the bar there and it looked very clean and tidy and the pool area was beautiful.

Apartment Poppies: La Sella Golf Complex

April this year we went to North Costa Blanca for 10 days.We rented an apartment out on La Sella .La Sella is a beautiful complex surrounded by beautiful gardens and pools and has a bar,restaurant and shops.It is set on the hill and you have great views down to Denia.This apartment was rented through holidayrentals and the booking is done online.It cost us £270 for a week and it had two bedrooms, kitchen,diner,lounge and bathroom and balcony over looking a beautiful poool area.

It was decorated out very nice indeed and it had everything, very well equipped.Tv, video,cd player, patio table and chairs,even a bottle of wine and small welcome pack...It was furnished so nice i furnished mine a similar style.After 7 days we collected the key to out new Spanish bungalow.Apartment Poppies was exellent.Spotless.

Our villa in Javea had a huge garden and pool area,private pool.It was very nice inside ,with two bedrooms,livingroom,kitchen,bathroom.It s the nicest villa ive ever rented.It was called CASA LUNA and we rented it through something special.The garden was very pretty and the roof terrece had great views of the mountains.

Here is the beautiful villa we rented in May 1998.The first time i had ever been to Costa Blanca.Ive been back now 5 times as i fell in love with it on my first trip.This villa cost £300 a week in May.It was beautiful,spotless.It was set in the mountains and on a lovely comlpex.
