Melia Valencia Palace
I stayed at this 5 stars hotel as I was going in a work meeting, so the Boss payed for it! ;-)
It's a rather good hotel, located by the river bed, just outside the city historical center, in front of the Palau de la Musica, not far from the City of Arts & Sciences.
It has a pool on the roof and a gym. Fabulous buffet brekfast!
