Location, location, location

As you've probably guessed - great location. The Hotel Petit Palace Bristol is housed in an old 19th palace situated in the historic centre of Valencia, opposite the National Ceramics Museum housed in the gorgeous Rococco palace - the amazing entrance is one of the Valencia's landmarks. Less than one minutes walk will bring you out between the Cathedral and the Bull Ring.

The hotel boasts modern interiors and offers an array of amenities, such as car rental service, 24-hour front desk, two FREE ADSL-equipped PCs, a TV room, a cafeteria and a dining room.

The rooms are nicely decorated but quite small - but then who wants to stay in when Valencia is outside?

Unique Quality: One very unusual feature is that the bathroom dorrs are clear glass! Makes for an interesting time if you're away with someone special for the for the time :-)

Modern and centrally located

The people is very kind because is a small hotel.
It is good for bussiness travel: you have adsl and a free pc in the hall.
The situation is very good, very close to the Museo de la Cerámica.

Unique Quality: GREAT situation.
the design it is just "standard" quality, nothing spectacular.
In their website you think WOW and the it is current, not so expensive materials.
But all together it is newly renovated. The bathrooms are new which is a very good thing.

Dirty Students Need Laundry Mat

by AAgirl

A group of culinary students are coming to Valencia for a culinary "field trip" They will be there more than a week. I need to find them a place so that they can do laundry. The service available at the hotel is out of their budget. Is there a laundry mat close or within a stop or two on the train that they could easily get to. They are staying in the center of town at the Petit Palace Bristol (L'Abadia de Sant Marti,3). Much Thanks to anyone who can advise me.

Best wishes on your search. Aotomatic Laundy facilities are very expensive in Italy. Washing machines and dryers are taxed like jewelery in Italy.

Hi - We also stayed at the Petit Palace Bristol in 2004. There is a laundry mat near the Central Market (Mercado Central). We were able to walk there from the hotel. A load of laundry costs about 10 Euros.
