If you are looking with a hotel with all the amenities a highly priced tagged hotel could give you but do not want to spend a lot of money, this is the correct hotel for you to stay in. Room mate hotels is a relatively new Spanish chain of hotels with properties in different cities spread accross the country and are also expanding their hotels to the USA in New York and in Miami.
In Valencia they have their hotel, which is just in front of the port area. During the Formula one races in August it is perfectly possible to view the races from the hotel. It is very near to the city of sciences, in fact a walking distance and just about 4 kilometers from the city center.
Thei price includes a buffet breakfast and many other small details which you might appreciate.
Their facilties include a sauna and a gym. However if you happen to be here and want to do a workout, I would suggest you go for a run at the nearby Malvarossa beach.

You can get very close to your hotel by taking the metro from the airport and taking it to metro stop Neptuno. The metro is relatively new and very quick and efficient way of getting to the City. However, the metro ends about 1/4 mile from the port and your hotel is very close to the N side of the port. Unfortunately, I could not find my Valencia map to pinpoint where the metro stops and where your hotel is. Karl
Take the metro . You'll be in downtown area ( Xativa, Colon) in 22 minutes.
As a metro driver I wish I took you there, It would be a real pleasure.
