a good hotel

i stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in early may with my 18 month daughter.
the hotel is of a good 4* standard, with the rooms well equiped. we found the reception staff helpful and the bar/restaurant staff extremely friendly and efficient.
the hotel itself is situated about a 15 minute walk from the city centre, and closer than that to the new museums and oceanographic sites.
i would have no qualms at all about returning to this city and indeed to this hotel, in fact the only complaint i would have was that at the time we were there there was much construction work being undertaken on the roads and pavements in the immediate vicinity which cause much traffic problems,.however as we did not drive this was a minor inconvenience.

Modern, Clean & Welcoming

A great choice for a short break with my 2 sisters! We had a double room each & the price per room was amazing for such a lovely hotel. It would be an even better bargain for 2 sharing!

Set away from the main road, it is possibly not the most central hotel to stay in, but everywhere was a pleasant 15 to 30 minute stroll away & the frequent buses ran close by.

The rooms are very smart with wood block floors, light coloured furnishings & bright red chairs to complement! The bathroom was luxurious! Beautifully marble tiled with a huge range of toiletries!

Modern, clean an a good location.

Friendly informative staff. The rooms were modern and very clean. There was everything you need in them like a hairdryer, tv, long miror to name a few. Bathrooms were also clean with all you need for a few days stay.
There is a good bar which is open until very late and also function rooms, a good restaurant and a cocktail bar. It is on the edge of the city about 45 minutes walk form the historical centre.
I would certainly stay here again.

Design, comfort, and reasonable price

Spent there 3 nights. The hotel is very new, and rooms are comfortable, nice, and with a very smart decoration. Service is fine, and so is the buffet breakfast. It doesn't have the luxuries of a 5 star hotel, such as Spa, Big Indoor and Outdoor Pools, etc .... but in terms of comfort, room design, and main facilities, it is as good as a 5 star hotel.

Unique Quality: It has a very good location. Not far from the city centre, and just a short walk away to the Ciutat de las Artes y las Ciencias. A very recommended place to stay if you're planning to visit the Oceanografic.

A very very modern hotel

This is a very modern and new hotel.
It is almost a landmark in this colorless
surrounding. By modern I also mean the architecture.
Almost the complete facade is in glass
with a great design on it.
The picture I've added is from the bar.
You can also eat here . The menu is quit
affordable and offers a choice of different
dishes. (15 euro or 17 euro in the weekend ,
+ taxes)

I can't say the staff is very helpfull. Or yes ,
they are helpfull but it is not with a big smile.
(for the price we paid , they must be underpaid as well.)

Two time we couldn't enter our room and
had to go back to the desk because our
card to open the door had expired.

The rooms are very spacious with two
extra chairs and all the modern comfort.
The bathroom is completely in white marble
and everything is very clean.

Unique Quality:
The price is some sort of miracle. Very low.
The location isn't bad. It isn't that far from the
'Palau de la musica' on one side and the
'Estadio de mestalla' on the other side.
Avenida de Aragon looks like a very average
street during daytime but is the place
where the people of Valencia like to go out.

A bus stops in front of the hotel , but those
are circular busses. If you walk 3 minutes
to the 'avenida del puerto' there you can catch the
bus for the old city center.
'Mercado de Colon' is about 15 minutes from
the hotel.
