Green Space in the City
by acemj
One nice thing about Madrid is that if you look hard enough, you'll find many public squares, benches and above all green spaces like this one at the southern end of the Parque del Retiro. If you go deeper into the park, you almost feel like you're walking through the countryside. I went to the park one afternoon, intending to just pop in and snap a few pictures, but I ended up enjoying the freedom from noise and car exhausts so much that I spent a couple hours just strolling around.
Ruben

I was so happy to find RUBEN's painting here. RUBEN is one of my favorite painter & pictured is the THREE GRACES (c. 1639) which was part of his personal collection. The 3 women dancing in a ring - The Graces - are representing Love, Joy & Revelry.

Clubbing to House Music/ Bailar a House en Madrid
by joel_europa about Clubs
English:
I enjoyed the clubs in Madrid, especially Sala Divino. I danced to some local Djs that were spinning some great “House music.” It was deep, with hints of soul coming through the speakers. I was as if James Brown or Nina Simone were behind the speakers waiting for the queuesto perform every now and then. I enjoyed dancing into the early morning, and I know I will go out clubbing again when I return to Madrid.
Spanish:
Your dancing shoes.
