In the art district
the hostel was quiet but perfectly located. The room was nice and clean. It was not big but we didn't go there for staying in all day so we didn't care. The owners were nice but spoke no english but it was fine. I recomend it because it is right in town and just fine if your just gonna sleep there.
Unique Quality: Well I have to say the location. It is right in Madrids art district so there are cool bars and restaurants. Lot's to see and try and very close to shopping. the price was also only 50 euros per night.

Central & quiet
I didn't stay in this Hostal but it was recommended to me by one of my classmates (thanks Rae). Who said it was a good deal, clean and quiet and central.
