La puerta de AlcaláBuilt by Francisco Sabatini in 1769, and ordered by Carlos III who wanted Madrid to have a monument recalling the Arch of Triunph. It´s one of the most carismatic and elegant monuments in Madrid. This door, was the ancient entrance to the city from the 'Camino de Aragón' (Path to Aragon).
