Convenient hotel in Madrid

This is a big hotel and as its name says, it is mainly used for conventions.
It is near the Puerta de Alcalá, Palacio de los Deportes and Retiro Park. The nearest metro station is O'Donell.

If you don't have the time to buy souvenirs in town don't worry, in the lobby you will find three souvenir shops even though the prices are a little bit high. My bedroom was ok and the beds were confortable. I recommend you to ask which elevator to take to go to your room as some room numbers are separated; my room was the 2243 and when I finally got to the 2242, the next one was 2244 (¡!). Believe me, I spent almost 20 minutes finding my room!!
But overall I had a good experience in this hotel, I recommend it!
