I was very impressed with the room and the services of the front desk. Perhaps the best attribute of the hotel was its close proximity to the royal palace.
Unique Quality: A computer for guests to use, free breakfast, and a cafe just below by the same name.
Directions: In front of the Royal Theater
A good clean and comfortable hotel. It is centrally located near the Puerto del Sol and the Royal Palace.
The staff were friendly and helpful. There is an excellent choice for breakfast which is buffet style.
There is a restaurant on the ground floor which is open to non-residents. If you have dinner at 10pm you will be served by singing waiters. The menu however was not cheap!
Unique Quality: The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to Madrid Barajas airport for only 6 Euros, which is good and only takes 30 minutes. Excellent idea instead of having to carry the suitcases up and down the Metro.
