There is a lot os construction work going on in this part of the city of Madrid ( as well as in many other parts too ) The main entrance of the hotel is hidden behind the famous towers of the Plaza de Castilla. It is therefore difficult to find a way to get there, specially if you are driving there in your own car or getting there by taxi. I personally had to give in three rounds before finding a way to get into a parking which led me to the hotel by a lift. This is not the normal way to get into a hotel. I paid quite some amount for parking during the day and the night cost me around 20 Euros. This makes it pretty expensive to stay here.
The service inside the hotel is good and upto the normal Silken standards.
So now you have the pros and the cons ... you decide.
