the worst hostel of the world!

This is the worst hostel of the world. Never go there! Me, and some friends, made a reservation there. When we came to the hostel, we noticed that was only a small floor in a building. The rooms are very small, there are just 2 bathrooms for more than 30 people, the kitchen is full of advisers and the wall doesn’t have enough space for two people at the same time!!! After we made the check in and payed, they told us that we have to move to another “building”. That building were so far that we walked almost 30 minutes to get there. And guess what? That was even worse than the first “hostel”, and weren’t in Gran Via, unlike they said in the site. We had complained and wanted our money back. The, the hostel manager talked with us on the phone and was very unkind, calling us “***es”. After all, we leave without our money, but we couldn’t stay in that conditions. Were simply horrible!

DON'T STAY IN THIS HOSTEL!

We stayed in this Hostel for 6 days over new year.
The Service was awful and the equipment more or less doesn't exsist. The kitchen is very small, the floor is narrow and there are only two bathrooms. The bathrooms also includes the toilets. You have to share two bathrooms with 34 persons when the hostel ist full. So you have to wait for ages for a simply go to the toilet.
In the rooms aren't lockers, which you can lock by yourself. So you have to use the installed safes, which cost for every closure 1€. But you have to lock up your valuably things, because in this hostel seems to be stealing a famous hobby. From our group a camera, a backpack, a passport and a boardingpass were stolen.
From 11 till 14 o'clock you have to leave the hostel, because it's the cleaning time. But our rooms weren't clean after this time. Ok, the bathrooms were cleaned, but why the hell they need three hours for this and all guests have to leave?! It's absurdly...
But the worst was the owner of the hostel. He seems to be a criminal or a freak. On the Checkout he cursed us as "***ing Nazis" and "***ing germans"! Then he calls the police. We don't know why! Fortunately we could "escape" before they arrived... Perhaps he is a choleric person or he snuffed to much of his own drugs... I don't know. But it was freaky and very scary!
Conclusion: DON'T STAY IN THIS HOSTEL!
