Hospederia del Real Monasterio: Hotel of the Royal Monastery.

Inside the Royal Monastery of Santa Maria de Guadalupe there is an hotel.

We did not stay at this hotel but could visit the entrance, the courtyard and conference room and the gothic cloister of the hotel which all looked nice as well as the impressive medieval façade with towers.
There are 47 rooms most with bath although the hotel has only two stars which is surprising.
We heard that the restaurant had a good reputation for the food.
There is a parking at the entrance.

Hospederia del real Monasterio: another excellent notch on my checklist of visits!

Beautifully renovated wing of the monastery turned into a hotel of lovely rooms - loads of characters in the rooms and its a delight to look over the balconies into the courtyard below.
The service was professional, the concierge very helpful and wouldnt let me carry my bag.
Excellent buffet breakfast.

Unique Quality: staying in a very characterful converted monastery.
