Rain
by arlequin_g
I was lucky that it didn't rained during the week I stayed there. But it uses to rain quite a lot, light rain. So don't forget your umbrella. The think I miss the most is the sea, though in Barcelona I have it. But was really amazing walking along the cliffs watching the dark blue see and feeling the wind and the sound of the waves breaking.
The modernist city
by bambino36
Towards the end of the 19th century the rich made the most of the new area to build luxurious houses in the styles of Vienna and Paris.
The majority of the city's Modernist buildings are to be found in the streets of Juana de Vega, Picavia, Feijoo, Plaza de Lugo and Plaza de Pontevedra.
La Coruna

"A "Euro Away" star"
A real "Euro Away" hit. Beaches and bars within walking distance of the stadium. No need for expensive taxis and no having to wait for hours on end after the game for a drink!
A clean and sunny place with plenty of chilled out people.
"Deportivo La Coruna"
My first visit to La Coruna was for the UEFA Champions League Phase 1, Group G game.
Manchester United played Deportival La Coruna in the Estadio Riazor on 25 September 2001. We lost 2-1, after taking the lead 1-0.
"Deportivo La Coruna"
My second visit to La Coruna was for the UEFA Champions League Phase 2, Group D game.
Manchester United played Deportival La Coruna in the Estadio Riazor on 18 March 2003. We lost 2-0. The result didn't matter as the group was already won. It was a good chance for the youngsters in the squad to get a run out.
