I am looking for a cheap place to stay in La Coruña in the night from July 13 to July 14. I am arriving at the Eurolines bus station at 22.45 on July 13. The youth hostel has been full-booked already.

I saw your post and if you're going again, I can recommend a great hostel.
Ok, this is a cheap place, a bit old style but still,
it's ok if you only saty for one night. It's called
Hostal (or hotel, I don't remember) Palacio, it costs 20 euro
for a double room and the address is Praza de Galicia 2.

The restaurant overlooks the private marina and moorings for yachts. This facility is also home to a school and various support groups open for the use of members and visiting sailors.
The restaurant has a bar area and a rather swish eating area. I enjoyed the coffee and dessert.
