Hotel not to go
No recomendo este hotel. Personal poco amable. Comida muy regular.
Habitaciones sin limpiar hasta las 3 h de la tarde con los clientes esperando
en el hall. Mismo precio habitaciones dobles y individuales.

How do hotels retain their star ratings?
Most of The Husa's twin rooms face a noisy four lane highway. And when we complained we couldnt sleep at night, we were offered one of only four 'junior suites' at the back of the hotel at no extra cost.
The room and the hotel was always spotlessly clean. In our junior suite we had a mini bar, tv and comfortable sofa, but there was no sofa in the first room we had and it was extremely small. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. There is one restaurant where you can get breakfast for 8 euros ahead, but the only morning we ate there about 8.30am, there wasnt much left.
Of an evening no one seemed to eat in the the restaurant, despite that they advertise an evening menu for 11 euros. The cafe-bar where you can get snacks and drinks, overlooks the road and is also used by smokers.
Annoyingly every day on waking, and on returning to the hotel around 4-5pm, we had to go to reception to ask them to put on the central heating (it was between 9-14 degrees most days). Also the room safe wasn't working, the shower damaged and the jucuzzi not working.
It is located a good 15 -20 minute walk to cafes, restaurants and the start of the old town. Not the 10 minutes they state in the literature.
Unique Quality: It seemed primarily a business man's hotel and most people seemed to spend only one night there.
