of course I don't know how you were directed to this website, but we are a general travel site, where people with lots of travel experience help others by answering questions, but your question is far too vague, and sounds as if it should be directed to the hotel itself, whichever hotel that is.....
Well I got the hotel, nh-Cartagena hotel from this site. Virtual Tourist. Somone commented about the breakfast and it made me wonder if it was included in the price.
Not even the person who reccomeded this hotel can tell you, as it depends what kind of fare you pay.
I used the NH hotels many times (not the one in Cartagena) and when you make the booking, you'll see different types of rooms and fares, sometimes there are special deals including breakfast.
Better check the NH Hotels website and check this hotel for your travel dates: www.nh-hotels.com

Mercado Santa Florentina. Is one of the two markets in Cartagena.
You will find here every kind of fresh fish, as well the small one than the largest tuna, mackerels (Spanish mackerels of course !), sardines, red mullet, etc....

These superb Norway lobsters, will very soon go directly from the market to the pan ! We were lucky to have brought with us a large pan, just in case, but we felt that the case might occur ! It did ! We cooked them in olive oil with onions. Nothing else. It was delicious !

There are two main covered markets in Cartagena. The "mercado Santa Florentina" is worth the visit, even if you don't buy anything, which would be a real Tantalus torment ! Pictures are shown under "buon apetito".
From the harbor area, we headed to the city center passing through narrow and car-free streets from this square. There are many shops and restaurants on both sides. Our day trip was not enough to see all those popular and interesting spots of the town. For sure , we have had our Paella. :)
