A dressin is a kind of bike which is used on railways. You can go by such ones under the central square in a tunnel which was built probably for connecting the harbour with the railway. I enjoyed this a lot when I was a kid! In the tunnel there is usually some kind of exhibition made by for example school kids, with a theme like ghosts (not too scary, though :) ) or something historical and it's a bit dark and some drops of water are falling from the roofs.
