Stroll along the river

A stroll along the little Falu River will take you through the old wooden quarters of Ostanfors and Gamla Herrgarden and is probably a very nice thing to do in summer. We visited in snow storm...There is also a summer cafe in an oldpump house near the city centre.

In this medieval farm/cottage Gustav Wasa fled during some war.
It is beautifully located next to a big lake (pic on my Sweden page).
Sadly enough it was closed i would have liked to take a look inside.
