Kneippbyn camping/stugor: Family holiday
Kneippbyn park has its own campsite (in fact the owners are also involved in most other Visby camp sites) which apart from camping also has chalets to rent, from budget to more exclusive. To be ctd.

Fridhem: Royal beauty by the sea
Fridhem is famous for being a royal retreat as it was built in 1861-62 for the 19th century Princess Eugenie as a summerhouse when she fell ill and needed to get away from the Stockholm air. Nowadays you can stay here too and experience an amazing wooden house with a long balcony with great seaviews. If you want that seaview from your room you pay a bit more than on the backside, just so you know. It is also only open May to September.
Princess Eugenie was interested in charities and art and Fridhem was always a hub for charity work. Amongst other things she created a childrens home in the extended grounds. Since then, Fridhem's owners have stuck to this atmosphere and today there are plenty of concerts and art exhibition in the old stable building. The place is also run on a Christian value basis since Eugenie found that important. This does not really affect your stay there but could be good to know as it means it is not suitable for party animals and so on but rather a relaxing and sober place.
Unique Quality: The incredibly beautiful house and its fossil beach.
