Nice views of the city and lake
The harbour of Jönköping
Just north of Rådhusparken (over the road Skolgatan) there is another small park. I can't remember now what the building there was, but the architecture was very nice, and if you do go to Rådhusparken, go for a quick walk over the road.
Again, this area looked very nice in autumn with the trees leaves changing colours.
Its a pleasure for me to present another new page, this time of a beautiful city in Sweden, called Jønkøping. This town is said to be a famous trade center in Sweden since year 1200 AC. Today the city's population is about 120 000. We stayed at Hotel Scandic and was fortunate to enjoy the wedding of Åsa and Sven Morisbak who got married 26 of May - this very year (2001).
