Hotell Statt Hässleholm: Hotel Overlooking the City Square

I booked a suite at the Hotell Statt in November 2008 for a week and I was very happy with my room. I had a balcony overlooking the town square which always had something going on. My hotel was also within walking distance of some good restaurants, a movie theater, bars and pubs, and across the square from the train station. There is a reasonably priced restaurant on the main floor which I dined a few times during my stay. The English speaking staff is friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Hässleholm. The only drawback of a hotel room in the center of town is that it gets quite loud on Friday and Saturday nights when the pubs and bars close.
