Villa Thora: Horrible

Ägaren tar alla tillfällen att blåsa sina gäster på pengar. De tar ut avgifter i efterhand som inte står på menyn, som tex serveringsavgift för (kran)vatten, 25:- per glas. Vid betalning drar de kortet 2 ggr och när det upptäcks så vägrar ägaren betala tillbaka det belopp som de är skyldiga, utan avrundar själva till en summa de tycker är lämplig. Sämsta tänkvärda restaurang! AKTA ER!

Villa Thora: Relaxed pension

We went to the peninsula for a spur of the moment cycle weekend and therefore quickly had to find somewhere to stay during the hectic summer. As I didn't fancy calling all possible hotels and camp sites in the area from work, I simply called the tourist office in Torekov and this is what they came up with. To me, it was a bit of a splash out for a trip in Sweden but I though "why not" since we would be cycling and therefore tired and since I knew we were going to somewhere with Stockholm prices. As it happens, it is quite a famous place, popular with wedding parties and I have nothing to complain about. You find yourself in a large villa, modernised in Scandinavian style, where the rooms have everything you need; a very comfy bed, a TV, a good shower...

Not down by the harbour, but it is only a short walk there and you are close to the supermarket. Breakfast has everything you might want including some fresh fruit and there is a garden to sit in if the weather is nice.
