When I was in Stockholm in late May, I found it to be very cold at times and I would recommend to be sure you have some warm clothes with you! Without the wind, it would have been fine, but the wind never seemed to die down and I always seemed to be underdressed!One advantage of coming in the spring was the flowers! All over the city flowers and trees were in bloom and it was beautiful. Also, it seems most tourists come in June-August, so in May lines and crowds were less than they would be in full summer.
