A good hotel, all the Scandic hotels are good. I´v stayed in many scandic hotels in Sweden. Good service, good food and they will help you if you have any problem.
Unique Quality: In the center of Medborgarplatsen, great wiew and close to shopping.
Directions: Tunnelbana (subway/metro) station Medborgarplatsen. SÖDERMALM
Is Sodermalm the best place to stay for bars and clubs?
Also does anyone have any advice on the Clarion Hotel in Sodermalm? Is it easy to get to from the train station?

Yes, Södermalm is the place to be :-) Clarion is easy to get to - the closest subway (tunnelbana) stop is Skanstull (on the green line, direction Farsta, Skarpnack och Hagsatra). The hotel is about a 100 meters from the subway entrance (leave the platform direction south, there should be signs saying "Ringvagen").

Didnt manage to get in at the Clarion so booked the Scandic Malmen instead, which looks even more central.
