Best Western Hotel Svava

Nice hotel, top comfort by Uppsala standards, which explains why it's so expensive. Very close to the Central Station and located centrally in the city. The Reception staff were very nice and kind and helpful, even when I popped in to ask for directions during another trip when I stayed at anoter hotel. My room (single) was somewhat small - but then, I have explored 80% of Uppsala's hotels and none of them accomodates in ballrooms. Small, but very cosy, in warm colours most welcome during the cold winter evenings, with furniture in a style inspired from viking designs.

Unique Quality: Very centrally located, close to virtually everything important in the city, convenient when you arrive by train as you have to take no taxi, all you have to do is cross the street.
