Our very *yellow* double room (#114) was quite spacious, with a comfy double bed, a work desk, table and chairs. There was also a minibar, kettle (but no tea!) and a TV - and WiFi is available throughout the hotel, free of charge. (Get an access code from the reception - the connection was fast and reliable). The bathroom was very small, and the shower seemed to be about to fall apart. There's no aircon, only a table fan - and our room was very hot.
As in all Clarion Collection Hotels, an evening meal is included in the room price - at Hotel Drott, the buffet consisted of one hot dish (fish gratin and boiled potatoes, didn't look (or smell!) great), plus bread and salads. The breakfast buffet was quite ok - a decent selection of breads, cereals, cheese, cold meats, eggs, yogurt, fruit... (But if you don't understand Swedish you might have a tiny problem choosing what kind of milk you'd like with your tea or cereals - lots of different packages but no English translations - just remember that "filmjölk" means fermented milk, and you should be fine...;o)
Clarion Collection Drott was quite reasonably priced, we paid 750 SEK for a double room - and at that rate, I'd recommend staying here. I wouldn't pay their normal rates of around 1300 SEK, though!
