The Rådhustorget square in central of Umeå is the main place for street markets, speakers corner and just meeting people. The stairs with the speakers corner is called apberget (monkey mountain) and is always crowded with people on a sunny summer day.
First of all, the name of the town is UMEA and the "a" is supose to have a little round ring above it.
I couldn't find my home town, ( Skelleftea ) so I thought I could write a bit about Umea instead, because it's quite close to Skelleftea.
All my friends are at university there and .my sister lives there as well with her family.
It's a nice town with a lot of young people, but it is empty during the summer when all the students goes back home...
