Mornington Hotel
I stayed at Mornington Hotel which is situated at central Göteborg' street - Kungsportavenyn. I was a little affraid that the street full with evening life will be too noisy. It turned out that I got a room looking at the backyard, facing a more noisy factory or some kind of storage that produced noise all night.
Hotel is part of the Best Western chain, offering good service for reasonable price.
For more accommodation options in Göteborg i recommend the www.goteborg.com site where you can search through numerous city hotels of different categories. Look for the "Göteborg package" which includes accommodation and the Göteborg pass. They also offer cheaper rates on weekends and holidays, and reservations can be made online.
