It's a small and cozy bed & breakfast, not far away from the center of Göteborg. The two manager Larry and Per-Erik are wonderful persons.
The rooms are clean and nice furnished.
But the BEST in NICE is the BREAKFAST.
It's a huge buffet prepared with love and at any time you want in the morning (even at 5.00 if you have to leave for the airport). We appreciated the warm welcoming here.

Went to goteborg 5 years ago and had a great time (maybe cause I was single at that time lol) and I am now back for a weekend to treat my girlfriend since it's her birthday
I have a couple of questions:
1.What is the riverton hotel like and how far is it from the action?
2.We like commercial/dance music can you suggest clubs/bars around?

The hotel is a 4 star hotel so it is quite comfortable and give good service according to my knowledge. It is in the middle of the city (look at the map link) but still in a fairly quite area nowadays when they have redirected the traffic outside.

I'm not that updated regarding clubs for that kind of music but you have a lot of nightclubs along avenyn.

instead of staying in that hotel,you can stay in Hotel opera which is very close to city centrum and prices are very reasonable as well. Just walk along the avenue street,you will have variety of options to choose in terms of music and dance.

At Kungsportsplatsen, this royal equestrian statue is the most famous meeting point in the city as people can sit on its foundation. It is affectionately known as Kopparmärra' which simply means "the Copper mare".
The Gamla Ullevi Stadium (Old Ullevi) is home to three Goteborg football clubs: IFK Goteborg, Orgryte IS and GAIS. The stadium was inaugurated in September 1916. It has a capacity of about 17.000, of which 12.000 places are standings. Unfortunately, the plan is to demolish Gamla Ullevi and to replace it by a new football stadium.

My favourite thing from the whole trip was a short visit out to the southern archipelago [sodra skargarden]. It was a beautiful sunny morning and despite being March it was relatively warm! I just went for the morning and visited the island of Styrso which is one of the larger ones.
