Why not to sleep in Gruyères

There are 3 hotels and a guesthouse. We choosed the best from the folder the Tourist office gave us.
We received the last room, category "confort royal". BUT
1. no luggage service. You have to carry your luggage yourself on the hill ...
2. no lift in the house, only small stairs
3. no help for seniors or injuried persons
4. in the room: lights don't go on or are missing
5. Bathroom: the flow of the bath don't go down
6. The tap is driping
7. Mini buffet-breackfast !
8. No reaction on our claims
9. Until today NO answer/excuses to our e-mail.
