Very friendly and helpful staff. Complement coffee corner in the lobby.

Unique Quality: Excellent location. Nice modern design., no free wireless in the room .

Used to stay there since early 1990's.

Along with hotel Excelsior it used to be what I call home in Geneva.

Rooms are very modern and nicely decorated, some WC's are equipped with sound systems, with very neat audio quality.

Location is ideal as it is facing the lake leman.

And it is only a few minutes walk from all the shopping areas, and the main train station.

Breakfast buffet is really excellent especially their fresh baked Croissants.

Lately they made some revnovation and have raised their room rates drastically.

I really like this hotel and highly recommend it to both leisure and business travellers. It's a 4*, located in the center of Geneva, just a few steps away from the lake and Quai du Mont Blanc, right around the corner of the famous Hotel des Bergues. Although it may seem plain from outside, it's a cosy family owned hotel with comfortable rooms and good service. A buffet breakfast is included.
