First of all, thanks for all you replied to my previous question. I have another one ...
Someone suggested either the Ibis Geneve Centre Gare at Rue Voltaire or the Hotel Central. Is anyone familiar with these hotels? I think Hotel Central has very good location but noise level is high when you open the windows during summer. I don't know about the Ibis at all.
Any comments or suggestions?
Thanks!
Both are close. Not more then 5 minutes walk distance. And true that Ibis is in a little bit quieter area.

A colleague from France stayed at the IBIS (rue Voltaire) in Geneva last November. He had absolutely no complaints. It is an efficient hotel, especially for folks on short trips. Hotel price is quite reasonable in terms of Geneva prices.
Don't know about A/C availability in the summer, as the recent stay was in November.
